I came to Mercy Surgical in 2001 following a waitress job I had been employed at for 12 years. I thought of myself as being a good person in regards to working with customers. Once I was trained in the CS department at MSDG I then realized what being a great CS rep was all about. The most rewarding part of my career thus far has been building relationships with my customers and coworkers. I have advanced over the years with the company and have been selected by my manager to be a Team Leader of 7 employees from my department of 18.

Read MoreI was a single mom at the time I landed my career here at Mercy Surgical Dressing Group in 1999 and I am starting my 20th year with the company. I heard about Mercy Surgical through a friend and through conversation she described the job details and I knew I was the person for the job! Our training and knowledge base sets us apart from other suppliers with the sensitivity to listen to the needs of our customers as we help sort their needs. I love coming to work every day knowing that we make a difference! I believe we hold up our name Mercy which is defined in compassion. We have a great core of leadership built with friendship that has helped mold me to become a good steward in and out of work.
