I came to Mercy in 2001 following a waitress job I had been employed at for 12 years. I thought of myself as being a good person in regards to working with customers. Once I was trained in the Customer Service department at Mercy I then realized what being a great customer service rep was all about.

The most rewarding part of my career has been building relationships with my customers and coworkers. I have advanced over the years with the company and have been selected by my manager to be a Team Leader of 7 employees from my department.
